I finally took the Matrix Reimprinting training at the beginning of June. I dove right in with lots of trades with fellow practitioners. Now I am partly kicking myself for not doing this sooner!
I am very excited to announce that I’m finally taking Matrix Reimprinting training at the beginning of June, with Alina Frank & Dr. Craig Wiener, and adding this to my coaching tool box.
24 years ago this month, Dr. Madan Kataria and his wife Madhuri began laughing with three friends in a city park in Mumbai, India. I am trying to do a better job of tooting my own horn! At the beginning of 2019, I was awarded the Laughter Ambassador designation from Dr. Madan Kataria, the Founder of the global Laughter Yoga movement …
My entire life I’ve been clumsy. In the last few years, I have hurt myself numerous times. Once pretty seriously when I fell on stairs that weren’t there and severely injured my low back and hip. However, I have also hit my head various times since then, sprained an ankle and more. So for several months, I have been focusing on the energetic side of this. Working on grounding and centering; being more in my body.
This month I am celebrating 10 years of Laughter Yoga!!! I never could have imagined where I would be now... I completed my leader training in March of 2008 and my teacher training the beginning of April that year. Originally, I had no intention of starting a laughter club, and definitely not leading trainings, I only wanted to get a few ideas for lightening up life for myself and my coaching clients. Instead, I fell in love and in the process found myself and a community.
