Andrea’s goal is to help people live a more holistic and mindful life. She believes that exercising our right to choose is an often neglected, yet powerful gift. By recognizing the power in this gift and choosing to cultivate mindfulness and gratitude we can all build a joyful life which we absolutely love.
Andrea uses holistic health counseling and laughter yoga as well as many other tools. By incorporating mindfulness, gratitude and laughter, along with a whole foods diet she believes we begin to develop more awareness of the power in our every day choices. When this unfolds the previously mundane can become extraordinary! You slowly begin to realize that you can choose to develop positive new habits, you can choose foods that nourish, you can choose your reaction (laughter vs. anger) or you can remain on auto-pilot and live the same story over and over again, day in and day out.

I am your personal advocate for living a more balanced and mindful life. One that you are energized and passionate about. Whatever your concerns are, my passion is to help you find which food and lifestyle choices will work best for you and the life you desire. My goal as a Health Counselor is to help clients find their inner strength to live their best life by focusing on extreme self-care, gratitude and finding joy in everyday living.
My approach is holistic and multifaceted, helping to incorporate things that nourish you other than food, including honest and open relationships, a meaningful spiritual practice, a career that inspires you, and physical activity that you enjoy. These elements are called Primary Food. As a Health Counselor, I will work with you to help you find balance in both Primary Foods and the foods you eat on a daily basis.
My first husband died due to complications from Lupus after an eight and a half year struggle with the disease. In the past, I have also struggled with my own myriad of minor, but chronic health issues, including depression, anxiety and recurring infections. To learn more about my journey click here.
